《交通》台北市大型草坪將開放野餐、辦活動

【時報-台北電】台北野餐俱樂部10日號召民眾在中山創意基地，吸引了近1500人席地而坐、草地野餐，但部分人士認為草地維護不易，豈可任意破壞；台北市政府發言人張其強表示，儘管有不同意見，北市認為民眾願意去親近、使用公園及河濱的草地是一件好事，不禁止民眾在公園草地野餐。

北市工務局長張培義表示，歐美及日本有很多草坪可供人鋪毯野餐；北市過去教導人「勿踐踏草皮」做得不錯，從今天的角度衡量，像士林官邸公園小片草坪別去踐踏，但，像大型的草坪不要偷挖、踩洞、惡意破壞即可，未來北市大型草坪會採取開放野餐或辦相關活動。

北市府發言人張其強轉述郝龍斌的話說，民眾親近、使用公園草地或河濱草地是好事，若有「不得踐踏草皮」等規定，法是人訂的，關鍵在可行，不能抱著法令而造成民眾不便，對民眾的需求，也應通情達理。若有法令有不合情理之處，就應修法或擬定相關辦法。

張培義表示，未來北市大型草坪除定期保養外，其他時間會採取開放野餐或辦相關活動。(新聞來源：中國時報─記者石文南／台北報導)
