崇蘭里「救命道路」打通 建案激增

屏東縣政府打通屏市崇蘭里的「救命道路」後，當地建案一波接一波，目前至少有300多戶同時在興建，地價跟著飆高，里長任峻賢說，崇蘭里4年來增加3千多人，人口已達15000多人，躍升市區最大里。

屏東市崇蘭里是市區人口最密集區，過去因缺乏都市計畫細部計畫，「大綠地社區」附近道路窄小，僅靠1條6米寬的古松西巷對外連絡，只要有人在巷道違規停車，常常連消防車、救護車都進不去，住戶莫不叫苦連天。

經地方長達16年爭取，前年底，縣府終於將巷道拓寬成20米的廣勝路、及寬15米的崇朝路及崇朝路，為崇蘭里一帶開出「希望之路」。

「現在路通了，不但人變多了，房子愈蓋愈多」，里長任峻賢表示，光是崇蘭里目前興建中的新屋至少有300戶之多，當地人口更是不斷增加，全里人口暴增到1萬5千多人，部分地區1坪已超過10萬元，堪稱市區最有擴張潛力的地區。
