柯文哲讚學運 也見隱憂

台北市長參選人柯文哲昨天傍晚到高雄，跟南方社會企業談「社會企業現況及未來的對談」柯文哲說，未來台灣20年最大的進步不是民國60年代的十大建設，而是全面的小確幸。

許多人問他台北市長要做什麼？他說，地方首長就是兩個貢獻，分配錢與分配人，要有想法才有做法。他對台北市願景有六項，公益社會、文化城市、健康安全、關懷分享、社區營造與公開透明。

柯文哲觀察，太陽花學運與1990野百合學運不同。柯文哲說，台灣在1970年代經濟起飛，1990年台灣錢淹腳目，野百合學運是經濟改善後，大家對「政治與自由的渴望」。

他說，2014年反服貿只是一根火柴，引起火災的不是火柴，引起火災的是那一灘汽油，是過去兩年台灣累積起來的民怨，這才是真正的問題。他看到太陽花學運成功的地方「對下一代的信心找回來」，這群孩子很厲害，50萬人上街頭，那天晚上11點凱道上沒有垃圾，這很不容易。

但他也看到太陽花學運隱憂，民怨不斷累積，缺少指引方向，未來一兩年，台灣會處在不穩定狀態，只要風吹草動，就會上街頭。
