10惡少酒後糾眾打死街友　警循線逮人

實在可惡至極！新竹縣10名少年3日凌晨因喝醉酒，一時興起，竟闖入竹東火車站旁的廢棄宿舍，看到一名楊姓街友，竟不顧對方求饒，失手將楊男打死，10名惡少竟還裝沒事回家睡覺。警方循線逮人，訊後依殺人罪移送。

根據《中央社》報導，這10名少年都是新竹某高中、國中的學生，其中有5人輟學，家長平常因工作繁忙，疏於管教，一群人常聚集在一起，四處閒逛。

3日凌晨10人在竹東火車站喝酒，後來闖入火車站旁的廢棄宿舍，遇到楊姓街友在睡覺，一時興起，想作弄對方，但楊男不理會，一行人居然將他當成出氣包，拳打腳踢。

楊男向他們求饒，但他們仍不理會，還持棍棒毆打，將楊男活活打死，10名惡少發現闖出大禍，竟裝沒事各自騎車回家睡覺，事後還有少年傳LINE給朋友，開玩笑說：「好像打死人了！」

警方後來透過監視器畫面，循線追人，才將犯案的10名惡少全部逮捕，不少家長都是等到警方持拘票抓人，才知道自己的小孩闖出大禍，訊後被依殺人罪嫌移送。
