桃園一名國道警察色膽包天，趁老婆外出時潛入小姨子房間，見小姨子熟睡，竟在其下體塗抹潤滑液欲性侵，小姨子因手機響起驚醒，見姊夫強壓身上驚嚇無法言語，色警事跡敗露未得逞就落跑。兩姊妹分別控告色警性侵及訴請離婚，桃園地院已依妨害性自主罪判刑一年八月，日前再判決離婚並須賠償妻子二十萬元精神撫慰金。

桃園地院審理發現，陳姓警員（四十歲）前年二月十九日中午休假在家，見借住的小姨子（二十八歲）加夜班後返家時直喊頭痛，便拿一顆止痛藥給對方服用，要她趕快回房睡覺，豈料，陳員趁著妻子有事外出，竟色心大起，偷偷潛入小姨子房間意圖性侵。​（張沛森╱桃園報導）
