遶境煙火釀火警 廟主委無罪

彰化員林福寧宮前年辦媽祖遶境活動，2名義工放高空煙火不慎引燃大樓火警，媽祖廟主委和2名義工都被判刑，主委不服上訴，台中高分院改判主委無罪確定。

彰化地院依失火燒燬他人所有物罪，判福寧宮主委賴坤甲和2名義工各徒刑2月，可易科罰金，主委不服上訴，台中高分院改判主委無罪定讞；法官說，媽祖遶境放煙火是例行性事務，媽祖廟分工負責，放煙火義工都和總務接觸，與主委職權無關，他無罪定讞。
