　　《CHAIN CHRONICLE》故事著重在義勇軍夥伴間的羈絆，描述邊境大陸「優格特（ユグド）」上主角與同伴一同冒險的故事。目前遊戲第 1 章已經完結，預計將於今年夏季進入全新章節。
　　這次漫畫版《CHAIN CHRONICLE 緋紅》，請到《魔女之湯》作者 岡崎純平擔任畫家。作者表示，在決定要改編漫畫版之前，就已經迷上《CHAIN CHRONICLE》這款遊戲，希望能將這種感覺帶入漫畫中，傳達給讀者作品中最具魅力、各角色之間羈絆的故事。
