學運鬧場 漏尿哥、自焚叔遭起訴

反服貿學運期間，有群眾湊熱鬧到立法院周邊滋事，因褲襠沾溼並亮出西瓜刀揮舞被網友謔稱「漏尿哥」的18歲張俊銘、酒後全身淋滿汽油企圖自焚的50歲「自焚叔」許姓男子，上午被台北地檢署分依妨害秩序、公共危險罪起訴。

張俊銘在學運學生佔領立法院之初，騎車到立法院周邊叫囂，還亮出西瓜刀，被警方逮捕，依妨害秩序罪移送地檢署法辦。偵訊時他很後悔拿刀出來，他說只是支持反服貿的活動，檢察官訊後認為他才剛成年，將他責付給他的父親。

許姓男子下於3月21日深夜酒醉，在反服貿學運現場全身淋滿汽油，意圖自焚，被警方制止後移送法辦。他向檢警訴苦說他失業、沒有錢、身體又有病，求助無門，連自殺都沒有人理，他的苦沒有人知道，想到立法院附近人很多，想要用自殺的方式，來引起大家注意，但他不知服貿是什麼，更無鬧場意圖。

檢察官諭令他1萬元交保，但他身無分文，檢察官同情他，要他不要再想不開，將他限制住居，請警方將他帶回家。
