王品改走平價路線，積極開拓海外市場

依據國內法人對王品(2727)之最新研究報告指出，公司2014年Q1擺脫食安風暴衝擊，改善營益率，加上積極布局海外市場，並鎖定平價新品牌，以合資授權策略拓展新加坡及美國市場，預期營運將逐步成長。

王品2014年Q1受惠旗下新品牌貢獻，進而逐漸擺脫2013年底食安問題的衝擊，毛利率在產品價格調整下也將恢復正常水準。雖每月需提撥700萬持股信託費用，但在台中中央廚房開始損益平衡，將有助營業利益率改善。

2014年公司預計將重心放在大陸地區，計畫展店40~45家，朝2線城市發展，鎖定平價餐飲品牌，新門市開設地點將以購物中心為主，以提高品牌知名度，並可降低租金費用。台灣方面，公司將調降展店目標量至50~55家，以中低價品牌為主，並將展店目標轉往大賣場發展，其中義式新品牌「IITA」將在2014年中於台中開幕，在展店效應及產品單價調升的帶動下，預期營運將逐步回歸成長軌道。

海外授權方面，公司與莆田集團以合資授權方式合作，並以「舒果」品牌拓展新加坡餐飲市場，首家門市將於2014年中開幕，預計2018年將拓展至8間門市，預期每年約有3千萬的授權金收益。另外，公司亦積極佈局美國市場，將以「舒果」及「hot 7」品牌進軍美西市場。
