各位版大好， 前幾天在Y購上買了皺效奇蹟的特惠組， 昨天收到想說便宜很多還不錯， 心血來潮看了有效日期竟然是到今年的10月， 贈品到今年12月， 當下覺得受騙上當的感覺， 再次上購物頁面及訂單上看， 並無"即期品"的標示， http://ppt.cc/HLVp 我先向Y購提出強烈的質疑，並要求全部更換成新品， 否則我會投訴消保官，甚至記者， 今天收到以下回復: 吳小姐您好： 關於您於4月27日來信客服中心詢問的問題：收到即期品　。　　　 我們已與負責單位進行確認中，目前進度如下：確認寄出商品為短效期， 已反應出貨廠商確認調貨中　。 預計1-2個工作天之內以信件方式向您回覆處理狀況與結果， 煩請您稍加等候，並留意信箱，謝謝。 當初因為想說會需要用到消保官，所以把所有的頁面資料通通copy下來， 以備不時之需，雖然目前的回覆尚且善意，但我仍然回復他們希望他們好好的處理， 否則消保官這條路是走定了。 PO在這邊是想說，不知道有沒有人有跟我一樣的遭遇， 如果有大家也可以一起這樣做，不要讓消費者的權益被吃掉了!! 退貨絕對不是最佳選擇!!! 有消保法相關問題可以去看"consumer"版， 若有違反板歸請告知，會自刪 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 180.176.5.192 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/BeautySalon/M.1398657894.A.C1B.html
