日學者：核能有潛力，是人類智慧結晶

日本東京大學前校長有馬朗人今天表示，核能是人類智慧的結晶，可以說是非常有潛力的能源，相形之下再生能源是耗時費錢。台日兩國除了讓再生能源能更加發展，也應該在確保核能安全無虞的狀況下利用核能，當然也必須要盡力解決核能所衍生出的問題。

馬英九總統今天上午接見有馬朗人率領的「日台交換核能資訊訪問團」，有馬朗人指出，日本和台灣非常類似，都是遠離大陸的島國，天然資源相當匱乏，所以能源政策和問題要如何解決，可以說是台日兩國面臨許多相同問題。

有馬朗人說，台日兩國正竭盡全力開發再生能源，但再生能源相當耗時費錢，必需要從長遠的角度發展才行。另一方面，核能可以說是人類智慧結晶開創出的能源，世界上對核能也有很多研究，也正盡全力持續開發，可以說是非常有潛力的能源。

有馬朗人表示，他非常期盼日台國民能共同思考，究竟要怎麼解決能源問題。過去20年來有幸目賭台灣科技進步，也期盼日本跟台灣能共同努力，就核能技術和相關問題共同研究、開發新的技術，希望對全人類繁榮和平有所助益。
