MRACH尬超跑還開槍　駕駛落網辯：肚子痛要趕回家

MARCH和MASERTI(瑪莎拉蒂)尬車？一名男子日前駕駛MASERTI上高速公路，突然被一輛MARCH從旁超車，疑似心生不滿加速超車，頗有「尬車」意味相互較勁。不料MARCH轎車駕駛竟拿出空氣槍開槍洩憤，導致MASERTI保險桿等多處鈑金被射凹，警方循線逮捕到MARCH駕駛，訊後被依毀損罪送辦。

警方調查發現，17日晚間9時左右，當時MASERTI的陳姓車主，行經國道10號從旗山欲返回高雄市區，行經燕巢路段時，一輛由楊姓男子駕駛的MARCH從旁超車。陳男不甘示弱，猛踩油門加足馬力從旁超車，還刻意開在楊男車輛前方，雙方就在國道上演一場飆車大戰。

車輛一路行駛至國道路段末端匝道，受限減速關係，MARCH總算追上MASERTI，楊男便拿著瓦斯槍朝MASERTI開了3槍洩憤。根據《蘋果日報》報導，陳姓車主下匝道後停車察看，發現鈑金有凹陷，他以「目屎咧滴」（台語，掉眼淚，音似瑪莎拉蒂）來形容當時自己的心情。

警方根據監視器發現，2車為了躲測速照相還不敢超速；之後循線找到楊男，並在27日順利逮人。楊男辯稱當時因為載友人前往旗山老街，回程的時候突然感到肚子疼痛，因為急著趕回家才超速；只是過程中對方太過挑釁，自己才會忍不住朝對方開槍，他稱說以後不敢了。警方訊後依違反槍砲彈藥、毀損等罪移送。
