《產業》母親節，新竹餐飲業陷激戰

【時報-台北電】母親節即將到來，在五星級飯店和連鎖餐廳林立、競爭激烈的新竹餐飲市場，中小型餐廳為搶食這波母親節商機，只能以最好的食材和平民的價格應戰；香悅樓港式餐廳為向辛苦的媽媽表達敬意，今年的母親節更破例不加收服務費。

香悅樓港式餐廳老闆林濰挺從事餐飲業20餘年，除了宴會桌菜，更專精於港式點心，過去曾在台北吉星港式餐廳及新竹知名的珍香等港式餐廳擔任主廚。兩年前自已在新竹市創業開設香悅樓港式餐廳，今年又在頭份開設一家旺角港式餐廳。

林濰挺表示，雖然近來食材價格上漲，如泰國蝦，2年前一斤才190元，現在卻漲到300多元，對於鮮蝦用量較大的港式餐廳來說，成本壓力相當大。但為了讓消費者在今年的母親節輕鬆慰勞母親，仍不計成本，推出平民價格的桌菜。

林濰挺說，香悅樓今年的母親節桌菜，菜色包括大隻帝王蟹、石斑魚、雪蛤、烏蔘雞等高級食材，一桌10人份7,000元有找；另因應小家庭的需求，也推出5人份小桌菜，每桌3,000元有找。（新聞來源：工商時報─記者王志煌／新竹報導）
