標題[請問] 可逐次增加休息時間的軟體

我想找可逐次增加休息時間的軟體。 舉例來說， 第一小時設定每隔25分鐘休息5分鐘； 第二小時設定每隔20分鐘休息10分鐘； 第三小時設定每隔15分鐘休息15分鐘； 第四小時……算了，乾脆關電腦好了XD 總之，想找個可以像這樣設定的軟體。 我目前是用workrave，設定每隔25分鐘休息5分鐘， 目的是趁眼睛還沒累之前，先離開座位讓眼睛看遠、伸展身體。 不過最近發現當坐在電腦前愈久，到後來不用25分鐘眼睛就疲勞了…… 記得以前用過EyeLoveU，可以設定9組在幾點幾分休息， 照我這種設法，9組也能設到4.5小時，是夠用了； 可是它的缺點是只能設固定的時刻，若不在那時段用電腦就無效了。 每次開機就要重設定一次也很麻煩， 不知有無不管何時開電腦都能逐次增加休息時間的軟體呢？ -- 其實最需要的是把電腦扔了(默) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.238.103.36 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/EZsoft/M.1398162663.A.D67.html
