女童騎小機車逛大街　無照、未戴安全帽須罰1萬1

藝人謝金燕演唱時騎小機車當道具，引起熱賣，但台南有一名父親讓女兒騎著類似的機車，在馬路上四處亂闖，自己則騎著腳踏車在前方，這景象讓人看得膽戰心驚，而這名粗心的父親可能不只要接受道路安全講習，還會被罰1萬1000元。

根據《TVBS》報導，這名女童似乎是唸國小的年紀，騎著一輛小機車趴趴走，而她的父親就騎著腳踏車在她前方，2人飛快穿過平交道，還違規左轉，一名女騎士沒注意到，差點撞上，最後還逆向行駛。

這名女童雖然騎的是小機車，但還是得掛牌，而且她未戴安全帽，又無照駕駛，就要罰1萬1000元，而未滿14歲，監護人就必須負擔刑責，並接受道路安全講習。
