美河市弊案官員被起訴 　北市府：尊重司法

針對台北地檢署偵辦「美河市開發弊案」，查出在押的北捷聯開處前處長高嘉濃、五課前課長王銘藏，涉嫌提供不實的建物鑑價報告，依違反《貪污治罪條例》圖利罪，起訴高、王2人，北市捷運局長蔡輝昇今表示，因尚未看到地檢署起訴的內容，無法表達意見，但一切尊重司法調查。
 
至於檢方指日勝生建物貢獻成本被刻意高估，嚴重損及北市府權益，蔡輝昇說，日勝生已提35億元擔保金給市府，如重新鑑價結果出現差額，也會要求日勝生補繳，北市已請民間單位重新鑑價，市府將於5月出爐。另檢察官建議市府向建商提民事訟訴，蔡輝昇仍表示，還未看到起訴書，不便回應。
 
北市議員高嘉瑜下午在交通部門質詢時痛批，日勝生案怎可能只有高嘉濃及王銘藏2人隻手遮天，是否有更高層包庇或介入，市府至今都沒有說清楚。（林媛玲／台北報導）
