《美股掃瞄》美股消息面：美國3月成屋銷售量，降幅低於預期

【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】美股消息面：

1.全美不動產協會(NAR)公布，美國3月成屋銷售較去年同期銳減7.5％，較上月減少0.2％，年率為459萬戶，雖創下2012年7月以來最低，但仍略高於分析師預測的455萬戶。惟成屋供應增加，更多首購者進入市場，以及房價上漲力道減緩，皆顯示房市出現回穩跡象。

2.里奇蒙聯邦儲備銀行(Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond)公布製造業調查報告，4月份大西洋沿岸中部地區製造業活動重現擴張，該指數從3月創下的－7（8個月低點）強彈至7，遠優於市場預期的回升至2。

3.經濟數據顯示美國經濟擺脫寒冬，美元收復部分失地，兌多數主要貨幣的貶值幅度縮小。美元兌日圓持平，為102.62日圓。

4.因美國經濟持續復甦、中國黃金需求降溫，以及黃金上市交易基金的黃金部位減少，周二金價連跌第四天並創下10周新低。
