排電鍍汙水 彰檢拘提5業者

彰化地檢署今天上午再度查緝彰化縣和美鎮昶易工業與鹿港鎮元鋒公司等九家業者涉嫌非法排放電鍍汙水，共拘提五名業者、另傳訊五人，上午尚在偵訊中。

彰化地檢署主任檢察官林漢強及檢察官鄭智文等5指揮環保警察、調查站、員林警分局等共出動183人大規模查緝，業者排放汙水範圍為洋仔厝溪流域等灌溉排水溝。

檢警搜索九家業者為彰化縣和美鎮勝泰衛材公司、合信工業公司、登吉企業和美廠、昶易工業公司、璟鎂電鍍公司、鹿港鎮振昇工業公司、元鋒公司、品嘉鍍金工業公司、茂琳企業。

被拘提的五名業者為合信公司負責人王文彬、登吉公司水污操作員曾明中、昶易公司負責人莊錦培、元鋒公司負責人吳美鴦、元鋒公司操作員吳杰旻。
