券商牌照鬆綁 BAT搶頭香

大陸停發了16年的證券商牌照將大幅鬆綁，大陸證監會擬於年內向民資開放專業證券公司牌照；分析指出，俗稱「BAT」的三大科網公司百度、阿里巴巴和騰訊，及金融資訊服務商、電商蘇寧拔得頭籌的呼聲最高。

大公報指出，大陸券商牌照管制比銀行更嚴格，商業銀行共有390家，但領有正規牌照的券商僅115家。目前正逢股市行情低迷，反而讓牌照發放的阻力減弱很多。券商牌照「解凍」工作曾於2013年差點突破，但當局出於維護金融市場穩定、考量投資者利益，一再延遲。

繼民營銀行牌照開放後，券商有望成為下一個打破國資壟斷的金融業。南方都市報援引知情人士透露，證監會擬在今年發放幾十張專業券商牌照，官方將在下個月的券商創新大會宣布。

分析指出，科網公司如騰訊、阿里巴巴、百度，與金融資訊服務商東方財富網，及電子商務企業蘇寧，最可能入圍首批試點。

消息刺激概念股走強，港股騰訊控股一度逆勢上漲逾2%，阿里巴巴入股的中信21收盤大漲9.7%，文化中國傳播收盤更爆漲超過20%。
