ATI：美歡迎台加入TPP

（中央社記者謝佳珍台北22日電）美國在台協會（AIT）發言人金明今天表示，美國知道並歡迎台灣表達加入TPP（跨太平洋夥伴協定）意願。

經濟部長張家祝昨天說，台灣對美國提出希望加入TPP時，美國說要有12成員國共識與支持；此外，TPP成員國中有11國與中國大陸經貿關係不是第一大就是第二大。

AIT社區花園上午揭幕儀式後，媒體詢問金明，中國大陸雖非會員國，但是否會給其他會員國壓力，台灣要加入有困難？

金明表示，目前中國大陸不是12個創始會員之一，這是假設性問題。TPP是共識決，短期看來美國立場沒變，歡迎台灣加入TPP的意願。

媒體追問，中國大陸不會是因素？金明說，現在還看不出來，等情況真的發生，美國會採取因應措施。1030422
