沒關行車紀錄器　男和小三鹹濕對話全都錄

高雄一名大老婆懷疑丈夫外遇，查看行車記錄器時，愕然發現丈夫與小三互稱「老公」、「老婆」，丈夫還對小三說：「妳每一個部位我都抓得到、用得到。」，2人對話鹹濕露骨。大老婆也發現車子開到旅社過，因此怒告2人通姦。高雄地檢署偵查後認為，這些對話只能證明2人過從甚密，不能證明有性交行為，處分不起訴。

大老婆朱姓婦人控訴，去年10月28日晚上，行車記錄器顯示車子曾開到高雄市一家旅社，後來她又發現丈夫陳男（47歲）與小三余姓女子（43歲）在車上被行車紀錄器錄下的談話內容及簡訊，2人互稱「老公」、「老婆」，女方也露骨地在車上說：「我右邊奶子用不到了啊。」陳男還回說：「妳每一個部位我都抓得到、用得到。」又發現丈夫傳給對方簡訊直接說「我是老公」，讓她火冒三丈提告。

但檢方認為，簡訊和對話只能證明2人曖昧、過從甚密，不能證明確有性交行為，認定罪證不足不起訴。（郭芷余／高雄報導）
