三月失業率降 就業市場穩定

（中央社記者林孟汝台北22日電）主計總處今天表示，非自願性失業人口下滑，3月失業率微幅下滑至4.03%，加上高學歷及年輕族群失業略見紓緩，顯示就業市場穩定。

主計總處今天公布3月失業率為4.03%，較2月下降0.06個百分點，較去年同期降0.14個百分點；經調整季節變動因素後失業率為4.06%，較2月上升0.01個百分點。

統計3月失業人數為46.3萬人，月減7000人，其中因工作場所業務緊縮或歇業與季節性或臨時性工作結束而失業者各減少3000人，初次尋職失業者減少1000人；因對原有工作不滿意而失業者則增加1000人。與去年同期比較，失業人數減少1.2萬人。

觀察年輕族群及高學歷者，3月統計20至24歲者失業率為13.23%，較2月下降0.15個百分點，年減0.12個百分點；25至29歲失業率為7.01%，較2月下降0.07個百分點，年減0.17個百分點。同時，大學及以上程度者失業率4.98%，較2月下降0.05個百分點，年減0.21個百分點。

主計總處表示，經濟穩健回溫，因工作場所業務緊縮或歇業與季節性或臨時性工作結束而失業者減少，同時，高學歷及年輕族群失業情形略見紓緩，目前看來有趨緩的現象，且3月就業人數持續穩定成長，單月增加8000人，顯示就業市場穩定。

主計總處指出，初次尋職者通常為年輕族群，尋職的磨合期較長，因此，年輕族群及高學歷族群失業率雖僅略微下滑、幅度不大，但仍持續下降的趨勢。1030422
