租霸港女涉3罪　北院首開庭！落淚道歉：會好好做人

2名「租霸」港女在台惡搞租屋處的案子，雖與房東房東和解並賠償損失，但2女還涉及竊盜、侵占、偽造文書等罪，21日台北地院首度開庭，2人都在法庭上落淚坦承錯誤。同時，房東撤告，兩女不起訴，預計一個月左右會離台返港。

兩名港女謊稱來台北讀書，租下台北市大安區一名房東的十坪套房，並繳交假證件、資料，沒想到住了1個月又3天，居然人去樓空，錢沒付清，還將房間徹底破壞，搬走貴重家具，受害房東氣得報警。

2人逃亡至台南也惡搞入住的旅社，不僅將整包衛生紙丟進馬桶，還在牆壁上塗鴉，寫下「台灣 is china」的字眼，落網後惡行一項項被揭發，還涉及偷竊超商巧克力、偷夜市潮帽、到髮廊燙霸王頭。

後來2女與房東、夜市潮帽店老闆當庭和解並賠償損失或不起訴，但2女還涉及竊盜、侵占、偽造文書等罪，北院21日首度開庭，2人皆在庭上聲淚俱下，坦承後悔，邱曉彤說：「我真的知道錯了，特別對房東表達歉意，當時真的是因為貪心，我們有理想，還有很多事要做，以後會好好做人。」

全案將以簡易判決處刑程序處理，不再開庭，判決書將直接寄到移民署宜蘭收容所。
