東石魚貨竊案 漁民疑嫌犯頂替

本月6日嘉義縣東石魚市場魚貨竊案，前天上午警方緝捕一張姓嫌疑人，但受害漁民質疑警方找人頂替，前天晚上10時許約30人「路過」東石分駐所理論，經警方協調後離開。警方昨天中午向嘉義區漁會總幹事蔡春生說明，經多次協調後預定今天上午10時比對錄影畫面。

今年2月東石漁民朱樹山，在東石魚市場遭竊賊偷走近萬元魚貨，本月6日凌晨又有黃姓、蔡姓漁民的白鯧、大白蝦、馬嘉、午仔等高經濟價值魚貨遭偷走，漁民們對偷魚賊深惡痛絕，並批評治安太差。

警方日前透過車牌找到張姓車主，他表示車輛提供給父親使用，前天上午警方緝捕張嫌到案，張嫌說當天喝得醉茫茫，睡醒之後去偷魚貨，純粹自用。由於張嫌說詞反覆不清，受害漁民認為張嫌是為兒子頂罪，前晚10時許，一行約30人怒氣沖沖「路過」分駐所，表達抗議與不滿，經協調說明後才離開。

受害的蔡姓漁民表示，他看過影帶中竊嫌身形似乎跟張嫌不像，他懷疑張嫌幫人頂罪，警方應出面說明。

警方昨天中午拜訪蔡春生，說明辦案經過及張嫌身形、右腳跛行，以及張嫌偷竊過程拖魚貨的動作，表示警方絕對依證據辦案。
