女坐陽台 安撫1小時解危

基隆市越南籍李姓女子昨天跨坐住處陽台，疑似要跳樓，警、消到場後先架起氣墊以防萬一，再上樓與女子溝通，對峙1個多小時，終於破門而入，李女已自行爬下，虛驚一場。

李女昨天下午5點多在基隆市安樂二街某社區大樓10樓住處，跨坐陽台欄杆，還不停搖晃雙腳。警、消到場後，在下方充起大型氣墊以防萬一。

警方先以電話聯繫上班中的李女丈夫要求破門遭拒絕，消防人員打算以垂降方式進入屋內，但當時11樓住戶不在家，12樓住戶也不願讓消防人員進入，只好在門外安撫女子情緒。

房東約6點半到達現場，但開門瞬間李女突然衝過來把門大力關上，繫上防盜鎖鍊，最後由數名警、消合力以破壞剪斷開鎖鍊，才得以入內，制伏癱坐客廳地板的李女。

鄰居表示，李女是越南籍新娘，嫁來基隆已7年多，以前很開朗，兩年多前突然開始足不出戶，去年李她曾跨坐陽台，但被丈夫及時抱下，才未發生遺憾，詳細事發原因警方仍在調查中。
