李克強：大陸沿海適時蓋新核電

（中央社記者馮昭上海2014年4月21日電）中國大陸國務院總理李克強18日主持大陸國家能源委員會會議時表示，將適時在東部沿海地區啟動新核電建設。

李克強表示，當前要開工一批重大項目。這既是穩增長、提高能源保障能力的重要舉措，更是調整能源結構、轉變發展方式的有效抓手。

他說，要在採用國際最高安全標準、確保安全的前提下，「適時在東部沿海地區啟動新的核電重點項目建設」。

中國政府網發布消息，李克強18日主持召開新一屆國家能源委員會首次會議，研究討論能源發展中的相關戰略問題和重大項目。

李克強說，能源是現代化的基礎和動力。當今世界政治、經濟格局深刻調整，能源供求關係深刻變化，能源仍是國際政治、金融、安全博弈的焦點。

李克強表示，要增強能源供應能力，加大陸上、海洋油氣勘探開發力度，創新體制機制，促進頁岩氣、頁岩油、煤層氣、緻密氣等非常規油氣資源開發，加強國際合作，提高優質能源保障水平，在開放格局中維護能源安全，掌握發展的主動權。
