美10歲男童唱詩歌 擊退綁匪

美國亞特蘭大(Atlanta)一名10歲男童麥立克(Willie Myrick) ，先前在自家門口遭到綁匪強擄上車，並威脅他不准說任何話。不過，不敢講話的麥立克靈機一動唱起詩歌，且一唱就是3小時，最後綁匪竟然主動放了他。

根據英國《每日郵報》(Daily Mail)報導，麥立克於上(3)月底在家門口玩耍時，突然被一名綁匪押上車，接著不停的咒罵他，要他閉嘴不准說話，並威脅麥立克若是說任何一句話，就會傷害他。

而麥立克因為飽受驚嚇，確實一句話都不敢說出口，不過，他竟然開始重複唱起一首聖經詩歌，且一唱就是3小時，最後綁匪不知道是被感化，還是因為聽詩歌聽到受不了，竟然在路邊停車主動釋放麥立克。

報導指出，這首詩歌作者在得知此事後，則邀請麥立克一同到教堂見證上帝的偉大，並稱相信綁匪應該是受到上帝感召，才會將麥立克釋放。

麥立克則表示，回想起當時被擄走的情形仍心有餘悸，而且綁匪在將他趕下車後，還要求他不准告訴任何人他被綁架。而目前這名綁匪則被當地警方全面通緝，並懸賞1萬美金。
