女老師遭父猥褻　辯稱給女兒性教育

1名家住台中的26歲國小女教師，指控父親從2002年11、12月間，多次趁她洗澡時要求共浴，進入浴室後更強拉女教師的手撫摸、套弄生殖器。事隔多年，女教師鼓起勇氣向學校輔導室求助，才讓這起案件曝光，新竹地檢署審理後依強制猥褻罪嫌將狼父提起公訴。
 
女教師指控，父親在她14歲時，多次趁自己熟睡後磨蹭大腿內側，其後更變本加厲在自己洗澡時敲門要求進入共浴。女教師指控，每次狼父進入浴室後退下衣物，就強拉自己的手在父親下體處來回觸摸、套弄生殖器。隱忍多年後，女教師才向任職的學校輔導室說出這段夢魘，後經輔導室協助報警揪狼父惡行。
 
起訴書指出，狼父當庭應訊時自己爆料，對女兒的諸多不堪行為不是從2002年開始。早在1995年，就多次趁女兒洗澡時進入浴室共浴，狼父稱一切都是為了給女兒「性教育」，沒有任何不軌意圖。女教師則是說，自己大學後就離家很少返回，多年來都無法擺脫父親對她伸魔爪的陰影。
 
檢察官則是在訊問狼父及測謊後，認為有違做父親的倫理，並違反刑法第224條強制猥褻罪，因此對狼父提起公訴。（侯力元／新竹報導）
