烹狗留下狗鞭成鐵證　外勞被訴

一名越南籍鄭姓外勞在台中市大甲區一家塑膠工廠上班，去年9月26日，他夥同另一名外勞，將附近林姓鄰居所養的一隻黑狗持棍棒打死，並抬回宿舍分解、烹煮、分食。
 
隔日，林姓鄰居發現愛犬不見了，調閱附近監視器發現，愛犬被2名外勞抓走，林報警後，警方到外勞宿舍搜索，僅在冰箱裡找到一個保存完好的狗鞭，其餘狗的骨頭和肉都不見蹤影。因鄭姓外勞坦承吃狗，台中地檢署依竊盜、違反《動物保護法》將鄭提起公訴。(鄧玉瑩／台中報導)
