快艇客場以96：87戰勝爵士，迎來10連勝的同時送給爵士3連敗。

在客場，快艇保持勝勢，雙方內線持續纏鬥，前兩節半，爵士領先，就在保羅（Chris Paul）半節9分火力率領下，快艇第三節後段以一波17：2攻勢逆轉，之後保持優勢。

保羅18分7助攻6籃板，再度體現了領軍力，他腳踝扭傷一度回到休息室，也很令快艇陣營虛驚。

爵士方面，費沃斯（Derrick Favors）18分9籃板，博克（Trey Burke）18分4助攻。

此前9連勝過程中，快艇平均得分115分，此戰火力顯然走低，內線得分32：44被爵士壓制是關鍵因素，快艇籃板以32：39處於被動。

葛瑞芬（Blake Griffin）本賽季主場兩勝爵士時共得到65分，近3次客戰爵士平均27.7分12.7籃板，但此戰20分5籃板，顯然是遭對手限制。
