蔡燦得護黃子佼 冷對夏宇童

蔡燦得是黃子佼的「紅粉知己」，她拍公視《我的這一班》，與曾和黃交往過的夏宇童同劇，外傳兩女在片場零互動。蔡說，和夏同家經紀公司，但不熟，她演英文老師，夏演國文老師，拍戲場次不同，即使遇到，黃子佼也不會是兩人的話題。

蔡燦得曾是黃的夢中情人，後來兩人成為至交，還是他組的「硬幫幫」成員。黃和小他19歲的孟耿如交往，他帶孟參加「硬幫幫」聚會，蔡對孟的印象是可愛有禮貌，黃向來偏愛萌妹，蔡調侃黃「身經百戰」，和小女生相處有一套，不需要向她討教戀愛經。

38歲的她與52歲導演男友陳家俊愛情長跑10年，她不婚不生，談戀愛最大原則是「不要管我，讓我自由」，不羨慕女星閃婚，爸媽也不催，「我非常固執，他們知道我逼不得。」她一開始就對男友說清楚，男友也認了，慶幸他的爸媽開明，也不給他壓力。

她在《這一班》當了兩年多的老師，心得是「老師難為」。她為戲去受訓，學校老師告訴她，現在對學生說話要小心，還要用真誠眼神看著學生。她小時候想當老師，「現在覺得還好沒當」，出道後演最多的是老師角色，這樣就圓夢了。
