華碩ROG黑化主機板

請問各位電腦高手小弟最近組了一台ROG RAMPAGE lV 黑化主機板
遇到1個問題就是我買了8條海盜記憶體共32G在裝好後我到BIOS查看
只讀到24G當下就跟店家聯絡該問題後來在檢測時候她們也是反覆查看
怎麼用就是只讀到24G 抱歉忘了說明記憶體時脈為2400
重點來了 店家說該主機可能沒支援2400時脈所以才有這情況
就改手動改成2133執行說這樣就可以了問題說明書就有寫支援到2400
電腦我不是很懂所以上來請教大家或是有同款主板的大大 是真的如店家
所說這樣只能降成2133來執行 還是該主板本身有問題..
