他1.7萬元套書 拾荒者賣138元

基隆市朱姓男子把「中國巨匠美術」等套書放在屋外，被鄭姓女子搬去資源回收場變賣，3套市價1萬7千多元的套書秤重只賣了138元。朱男控告鄭女涉嫌偷書，基隆地檢署檢察官認為鄭女以資源回收為業，應無犯罪意圖，給予不起訴處分。

起訴書指出，今年60歲的鄭姓女子平日從事資源垃圾回收工作，去年7月1日下午，她在正榮街看到路旁電線桿旁有一堆書和寶特瓶等雜物，心想那是他人不要的東西，便帶回家中，次日運到資源回收場變賣。

朱姓男子發現家中的「中國巨匠美術」、「西洋巨匠美術」和「大地瑰寶」套書，因他的弟弟整理住家環境搬出屋外，卻被人拿走氣得報警。

警方查出是鄭女搬走套書，並已運到回收場變賣，循線到資源回收場找贓物時，回收場業者表示，已連同場內的其他紙類回收物交出售，難以找回。朱男的弟弟對檢警表示，當時他的爸爸要他把一些書搬到屋外，和其他雜物堆放在電線桿旁。檢察官認為鄭女說法可信，不是有意偷書。
