大家好，小的年屆30，相關經驗5年， 從去年11月離職後(就是下述的B公司)，在外面繞了一大圈， 先是去了某圖資公司後覺得不適合自己， 又離開持續面試了一些公司，除了超想去的一間被發無聲卡之外， 目前剩下兩個選項如下，在思考要回鍋或是去A： ------------------------------------------------------------------- A B 公司 歡迎光臨買奉總公司 統X企業賣很多書的EC (做電子商務的部門) 地點 松菸 松山車站 職稱 最低職級:管理師 美術設計 工時 9:30~18:30 9:30~18:30 薪資 N+2 N 福利 勞健保 勞健保 節日禮品，三節小七禮券 號稱年薪18個月 年終固定1個月，其他紅利約1個月 三節禮券 旅遊金補助8K 旅遊金補助7K 自選福利(超過10K) 公務門號 交通 騎腳踏車10分鐘 優點 福利優 因為在這裡待過兩年， 清楚內部風氣自由，主管人很好， 工作自己掌控時間，可準時下班， 回鍋年資應該可以繼續算 缺點 1.把工作交接給我的人說 1.沒有升遷可能 上頭喜歡依你加班情形打考績 2.薪水低 說穿就是喜歡你加班 2.發展電商兩年還做不起來， 猜想上面可能有點問題 -------------------------------------------------------------------- A公司我沒進去過，因此也只是聽說， 比B公司的好處就是年薪多很多， 希望版友們可以給我一些建議，謝謝。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.70.120.32
