凱瑞：普丁將等待克里米亞公投結果

在經過了與俄羅斯外長Sergey Lavrov長達六小時的「坦誠」且「具建設性」的會談後，美國國務卿凱瑞說，他獲得通知，要到周日克里米亞公投結束後，俄羅斯總統普丁才會考慮美國有關解決這些擔憂的提議。

凱瑞重申，這項公投不合法，美國不會承認這項公投的結果。
