吞簽單咬人 賭博無罪襲警起訴 http://5550555.com/tm_chinanews/2014/03/14/b/002.php 嫌犯疑簽賭湮滅證據 差點咬斷警察手指 恐怕吃牢飯 【記者劉元富／高雄報導】前鎮張姓男子疑似在公園和朋友集體簽賭，簡姓警員上前查 緝，張男卻當場把簽單吞入口中，簡姓警員試圖從他口中挖出，卻差點被他咬斷左手中指 ，檢方審理後認為罪證不足，對張男簽賭一案不起訴，但對妨礙公務罪則起訴，張男將面 臨三年以下的有期徒刑。 　 張學太涉嫌於今年一月二十三日下午五點半，與何姓友人等人在高雄市前鎮區瑞福路與 瑞泰路口公園內簽賭，警方到場查緝時，張男立刻把簽單塞入嘴巴，簡姓警員見狀立刻上 前要從他口中挖出簽單，卻遭張男狠咬一口，差點把左手中指給咬斷。 　 因為張男口水的關係，簽單已模糊，檢方最後裁定不起訴，躲過只有一千元以下罰金的 賭博罪，但張男差點咬斷簡姓警員的左手中指，確實對執行公務的警員施暴，涉嫌妨害公 務，檢方依此罪嫌將他起訴，張男將面臨三年以下的有期徒刑。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.39.211.101
