小貨車拖死狗　司機稱不知牠跳車

花蓮縣一名男子駕駛小貨車行駛蘇花公路上，被人拍下竟用繩索拖行一隻小狗，小狗疑不堪凌虐死亡，民眾主動向花蓮縣動植物防疫所檢舉，疑似虐狗男子，昨天到案完成筆錄，男子否認虐狗，並稱不知道狗被拖行，但仍被違反動保法函送法辦。

《蘋果》即時新聞報導，經初步調查顯示，影片中犬隻已死亡，當事人是否為惡意或無故虐待動物致死尚待進一步調查，但男子否認虐狗。

今天出版的《聯合報》報導，被檢舉的男子年約60多歲，他稱當時其實是狗狗生病，他以小貨車載狗去看醫生，但狗莫名跳車，他並不知情，直到有民眾追上前告訴他，他才發現狗狗已經死亡。目前全案送花蓮地檢偵辦。（盧麗蓮／綜合報導）
