X550JK的Instant On及硬碟聲音問題

請問入手或使用過X550JK的大大們，
筆電出廠有內建Instant On這個程式嗎？

程式和功能裡面沒有Instant On，
怎麼找都找不到電腦有這個程式，
不知這樣是正常的嗎？還是只有我的沒有？
請問該到哪裡下載呢？

還有打從第一次開機開始，
硬碟就一直有細微吱吱聲，
其他X550系列硬碟就很安靜，幾乎無聲，
請問這樣算瑕玼還是正常範圍內呢？
