富邦金變更會計政策　不動產淨值大增252億

為反映持有不動產的真實價值，富邦金控今(30)日董事會通過會計政策變更案，將由成本模式改為公允價值模式，並追溯至今年1月1日，使得富邦金控2013年年底的淨值大幅增加252億元，每股淨值也由30.9元增加至33.4元。

金管會今年初宣布，全體上市公司可由成本模式及公允價值模式中擇一評價投資性不動產，並自今年1月1日起適用。富邦金控旗下子公司，如銀行、產險、壽險、證券及資產管理公司在評估後，決定改採公允價值模式評價投資性不動產，並於今日董事會通過。

富邦金表示，改採公允價值模式評價投資性不動產，所認列的增值利益將反映在淨值、淨利等財務數字上，淨值大幅提升，財務比率更健全，同時也提高財報透明度，並與國際標準接軌。

在改採公允價值模式後，2013年年底富邦金控淨值將大幅增加252億元，由3,165億元增加至3,417億元，每股淨值由每股30.9元增加至33.4元。

此外，金控至2013年年底的淨利也由327億元，增加58億元至385億元，充分反映金控旗下子公司所持有投資性不動產的增值利益。
