職場體驗博覽會 助青年就業

（中央社記者黃意涵台北23日電）台北市勞動局今天說，調查顯示91%青年認為「實習經驗」有助「就業」，歡迎青年27日參加「職場體驗實習博覽會」。

勞動局表示，根據台北青年職涯發展中心（TYS）6月27日至7月27日間針對青年進行「2014青年職場體驗實習問卷調查」調查，結果發現91%青年認為「實習經驗」對於「就業」有幫助。

台北市勞動局長陳業鑫表示，台北青年職涯發展中心成立以來，持續致力推動職場體驗實習，根據調查，顯示青年認為無論是個人能力提升、實務經驗累積、履歷表加值、或是求職就業幫助，「職場體驗實習」都扮演重要且必要的角色。

勞動局表示，TYS積極推動「職場體驗實習」方案，不僅請參與企業提出完整實習計畫，保障實習期間的薪資，更要求企業指派「資深輔導人」，規劃有系統的訓練。

勞動局指出，TYS於9月推出「2014青年學而實習之職場體驗實習系列活動」，其中「職場體驗實習博覽會」將於27日在TYS盛大登場，讓青年有多元的實習機會可選擇，詳情請上TYS網站（http://tys.okwork.gov.tw）查詢。1030923
