董玉堂、王培安兩兵交保，由軍方管束

憲兵與陸軍分別有士兵涉及夜店殺警案，其中除馬寅紘遭到收押外，憲兵的董玉堂、陸軍王培安則分別以10萬元交保，國防部下午3時將舉行臨時記者會，由憲兵與陸軍督察長或副督察長等將領，說明國軍士兵涉嫌參與夜店殺警案行政調查情形。軍方人士說，董、王兩員由父母保釋後，上午已由兩個軍種隊職幹部帶回部隊嚴加管束、輔導，並正常作息，參與部隊活動，後續仍將配合檢警傳喚，釐清案情。
