更新到ios8後手機變得熱燙

我的手機是iphone5S，昨天更新後拿來充電，
因為忘記帶出門就一直充電到剛才，結果發現非常熱燙，
拿在手上給電扇吹一吹也沒用，
拿不到一分鐘覺得太燙實在拿不了就放桌上，
第一次出現這種狀況，該怎麼辦？
充電是原線，只是插在我的MacBook Pro Retina上面用電腦充。
