增助產系所 教部請衛福部評估

（中央社記者溫貴香台北2014年9月19日電）大學是否增設助產專業人力，教育部技術及職業教育司專門委員張（上艸下嘉）育今天表示，會請衛生福利部專業人力評估。

民主進步黨籍立法委員劉建國上午在立法院舉辦公聽會表示，目前159所公私立大學，每年助產教育培育人才，大學層級約20人，碩士班層級約10人，每年僅約30名助產畢業生，人力嚴重不足。

民進黨籍立委陳亭妃說，如果1年僅培育30名助產士，怎麼營造更安全的生產空間？教育部列為政策重點，各大學院校就會動起來。

張（上艸下嘉）育表示，如果真的人力缺乏且有需求，目的事業主管機關經評估提給教育部，教育部會透過總量說明會告訴校方，那些人力較欠缺，鼓勵學校設置系所。

她說，如果助產人力的確有這樣的需求，經衛福部評估確有需要，學校提出申請後，教育部會依法送專業審查，也請衛福部協助審查。
