新一輪對俄制裁　美國同步跟進

白宮11日宣佈，由於俄羅斯在烏克蘭的不當行為，美國將聯合歐盟發起新一輪制裁。美國總統歐巴馬同時要求俄羅斯總統普丁不要設定不合理條件，應尋求化解衝突的持久辦法。

歐巴馬當天在聲明中說，俄羅斯在過去一個月繼續破壞烏克蘭穩定，包括允許全副武裝的俄方軍隊進入烏克蘭，美方決定深化和擴大對俄羅斯金融、能源和軍工行業的制裁，這些措施將讓俄羅斯付出更大經濟代價，加劇其政治孤立。

歐盟已於11日宣佈將對俄羅斯發起新一輪制裁，美歐將保持步調一致，於12日公佈詳細制裁措施。據美國媒體披露，美歐將禁止能源公司與俄羅斯進行北極石油勘探、深海石油開發和頁岩油開採合作，美方此前宣佈的制裁措施僅限制本國公司向俄羅斯出口相關技術。

歐巴馬表示美國正密切關注明斯克停火協議的進展，需要看到俄羅斯停止破壞烏克蘭穩定的確切證據，如果俄方完全兌現自己的承諾，美方制裁措施將會收回，反之俄羅斯將付出更大代價。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
