【時報記者張漢綺台北報導】櫃檯買賣中心針對富驊公司 (5465) 違反資訊申報作業規定處以違約金。

富驊公司5月8日經董事會決議出資1.8億元與關係人富驊生物公司共同投資富驊航太公司，該投資金額已逾富驊公司101年底財務報告所示總資產金額之10%，由於富驊公司未依資訊申報作業辦法規定，於事實發生日起二日內公告申報，而遲至103年8月29日始輸入公開資訊觀測站，櫃買中心對該公司處以違約金1萬元。
