skoda rapid 少量認證疑問

上週訂了一輛rapid，

業務說下週可以牽車沒問題

我就去看了個下週的好日子要牽車，

接著這週三業務打電話說車到了，

叫我匯尾款，他們收到尾款就能去領牌，然後交車了

今天早上匯了尾款，

以為下週一可以完成選牌，然後交車，

結果傍晚業務忽然打電話來說，

因為skoda rapid是"少量認證"，

所以還沒完成結證，流程還在跑，

而且這個結證的流程本來就是要收到尾款才會進行的，

因此可能要等到下週五才會完成結證，

所以要下下週才能交車。

我沒有聽過有這種情況，

而且覺得在我匯款前業務沒有事先向我說明，

我錢都匯了才跟我說我覺得非常奇怪，

請問有其他購買rapid的車主有遇到一樣的情況嗎？

有哪位專業人士可以跟我說明"少量認證"的流程嗎？
