新豐建案-綠園墅

大家好，
小弟最近有在新豐看透天，
有看到一個建案叫綠園墅，
我看的是臨馬路，前院停車的，
基本上房間數，格局，跟方位，
都還滿喜歡的，而且整排房子都有做排樓，
這樣一來會比較整齊好看。

可是怕說那個地方會不會有什麼不好的過去，
像是墳墓之類的…

再來是價錢，開到89x，
不知道還有沒有降價的空間。
希望大大有相關訊息可以討論一下.
