民調：逾半日人願做基因檢測

（中央社記者楊明珠東京2014年8月29日專電）日本「朝日新聞」23、24日進行的電話民調顯示，針對可檢查出罹患疾病機率或體質的基因檢測，逾5成受訪日本民眾表示接受。有8成受訪民眾也關心基因檢測技術。

基因檢測有助於預防罹患生活習慣病、早日發現是否罹癌等，但也有可能因此得知自己罹患不治之症。

朝日最新民調顯示，希望接受基因檢測的民眾占52%，不願接受者占41%。

有關孕婦接受「非侵入性胎兒染色體檢測」（NIPT），檢查胎兒是否罹患唐氏症等疾病或有身體缺陷，這只要檢測孕婦的血液即可，但後來決定不生下小孩的孕婦也增加。

針對「非侵入性胎兒染色體檢測」，朝日的民調顯示，認為「最好是推廣」的民眾占47%，「不認為該推廣」的民眾占32%，答「不清楚」的民眾占21%。

民調也顯示，對於調查基因的技術，答「很關心」者占32%，「還算關心」的民眾占48%，總計80%。

慶應義塾大學教授小崎健次郎表示，很訝異於多數民眾對基因檢測、非侵入性胎兒染色體檢測持肯定的看法，今後將更致力於提供更易懂的正確資訊。
