架網擄鴿誤抓保育鳥類　判刑6月

新北市楊姓男子與周男及另1身份不詳男子，前年3月間在新北市三貂嶺山區，架設2面鳥網，企圖網住飛行經過山區的賽鴿，再向飼主勒索贖金，結果除了網到2隻賽鴿外，還意外的纏住1隻保育類野生動物「黃嘴角鴞」，宜蘭冠軍賽鴿協會在山區巡邏時發現報警，瑞芳分局警方趕往現場，查扣黃嘴角鴞、鳥網、彈弓及楊男電話簿等証物，楊男坦承與周男等3人架網擄賽鴿，檢方依違反野生動物保育法起訴，法官認為楊男在架設鳥網時，不難預測到也可能網到野生保育類動物，楊男因犯後態度良好，且尚未獲利，判處有期徒刑6月，或易科罰金18萬元。（蔡進男／新北報導）
