傳頂新砸600多億 併購中嘉

頂新集團魏家旗下的台灣之星4G即將開台，現在又傳出砸下超過600億元併購國內有線系統、擁有近120萬戶的系統商中嘉有線電視網路寬頻，據傳最快可望在本周宣布，將是台灣今年來併購金額最大的一樁交易案，消息一出，震撼市場。

就在台灣之星4G開台之際，傳出頂新收購中嘉的消息，根據平面媒體報導，市場人士的透露指出，這次購併案包括鴻海董事長郭台銘、遠東集團董事長徐旭東與魏家都有出價，最後由魏家出價超過600億元，順利拿下中嘉。

據傳，這次頂新收購中嘉，將由魏家旗下的投資公司收購，台灣之星也可望成為股東之一，購併案也已經接近完成，只剩下向國家通訊傳播委員會（NCC）報備的程序。不過，到目前為止，頂新、旺旺、中嘉三方都不願證實。

頂新積極布局4G產業，主導的台灣之星4G即將開台，若是能併購中嘉，就可垂直整合固網、電信，以及有線電視，拓展寬頻市場。
